Recently, I stumbled upon this survey for mobile phone device satisfaction levels. iPhone, to my surprise, topped the ratings with an astounding 82pc. I say ‘to my surprise’ since it’s been just under a year since the launch. There is a very weird phenomenon I’ve observed with the iPhone; people who own it love it and those who don’t absolutely hate it. Now as a proud owner of an iPhone, I know why people hate it
